Watch, widgets and Control Center

The moments that matter rarely happen with the app open. Every surface below logs the same craving into the same record, one press, nothing asked.

The Watch app

Your counter, a one-tap craving log, and the SOS breath, on your wrist. After the tap, an optional sheet offers strength, what was happening and who was around. Skipping any of it costs nothing, and the craving is already logged either way. If you track more than one quit, the wrist switches between them without touching the phone.

The glance shows your clean time and next milestone, counted from the watch's own clock, in your theme. One press logs a craving. An optional sheet then offers strength, what was happening and who was around. Skipping it costs nothing, because the craving is already filed.

The wrist never fakes a checkmark: it says Logged only once the phone actually has the craving. Out of range, it says so, holds the tap, and sends when the phone is near. The log arrives stamped with the moment you pressed, not the moment it synced.

The breath runs on the watch itself with no phone in the room. With more than one habit running, the wrist switches between them locally, repainting to each one's own theme. The watch face complication shows your clean time, discreet by default: the count and the words Clean time, with the substance named only if you turn Discreet labels off in the phone's Settings. A tap opens the app, and the rectangular one carries its own Log craving button.

Home Screen widgets

The counter ticking live, money saved, and the next milestone. Long-press to pin a widget to one habit; left alone it follows whichever the app has open.

The widget carries the counter live, the money saved, and the next milestone with its countdown, in the app's theme. It updates itself; there is nothing to refresh.

By default it follows whichever habit the app has open. Long-press, choose the habit, and it pins: two quits can run two widgets side by side, each on its own clock.

Control Center and the Lock Screen

A log button that files a craving without opening the app, and an SOS button that opens the app straight into the breath. Lock Screen accessories carry the counter.

The Control Center log button files a real craving in one press, no unlock past Face ID, no app open, no questions. It lands in the same record as every other log, unrated, stamped now.

The SOS button is a door, not a silent action: it opens the app straight into the toolkit, because breathing needs a screen. The Lock Screen accessories carry the counter where your eyes already go.

The Live Activity

Through the first three days, your counter and next milestone sit on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. A tap lands on the SOS breath. It retires itself once the acute phase passes.

The first three days are when cravings arrive fastest and reaching for the phone is most automatic. For exactly that window your counter and next milestone live on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, one tap from the breath.

It retires itself when the acute phase passes rather than becoming permanent furniture, because a Lock Screen fixture you stop seeing is worse than none.

Siri

Say "Craving SOS in QuitForecast" and the breath opens directly, with the app closed, mid-craving, no hunting.

The phrases are registered with the system when the app is installed. Say "Craving SOS in QuitForecast", or "help me through a craving in QuitForecast", and the toolkit opens with the wave clock running, hands-free.

Siri needs the app named in the phrase; that is how iOS routes it. No setup, no shortcut-building, nothing to record first.
